Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BloodWolf Publishing & Creations. We want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges work in our store.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Any accessories, tags, or included components must be intact.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Digital items, downloadable products, and custom-designed merchandise are non-refundable unless the file is corrupted or the wrong item was delivered.

  • For hygiene and safety, certain items (such as earrings or worn apparel) are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked “final sale”

Returns Process

To start a return, contact us at bloodwolfcreations@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color if available. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
