Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing BloodWolf Publishing & Creations. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

Processing Times

Because many of our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary:

  • Standard items: 3–5 business days

  • Print-on-demand/custom products: 5–10 business days

  • Peak seasons: Processing may take longer

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and closures.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your location

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping method chosen

We do not control carrier pricing or delays.

Delivery Times

Estimated shipping time begins after the order has been processed:

  • U.S. shipping: 3–10 business days

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather issues, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (when available). Some international or custom items may have limited tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties required by their government

These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated time:

  • Please contact the carrier first (they have the tracking details)

  • Then notify us so we can assist further

For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the item.

Order Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package:

  1. Check near your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office

  2. Wait 24–48 hours in case of carrier error

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. If still not found, contact us
